Hi, I have the same problem with my D200 / CS2 File info. The shutter speed and F stop does not display in the Camera Data 1 screen, but it is present in the Advanced EXIF data screen, can anybody help please

No, sorry; I never did find a solution. I just found it odd that PS didn’t display the info, I’ve been using Bridge lately, and the info is there.

Photoshop and Bridge are showing you all the info in the file.

If it isn’t in the file in a publicly documented (or sometimes reverse engineered) location, then you need to ask Nikon to record their metadata in a more friendly fashion.

Apparently PS can display the full metadata from a Nikon NEF, and Bridge can show it from a Nikon jpeg; so the info is there…seems to be an adobe problem.

NIkon doesn’t always record the data the same way in JPEG and NEF files (who knows why).

Bridge and PS should both be showing you the same EXIF data.
