photoshop wont let me free move anything, i get these pink lines and it arranges whatever im trying to move to those lines.

Turn off all the "Snap to"s.

Ctrl+Shift+:(colon) will toggle snap on and off

Also, holding down the control key after you’ve started to move disables snap for that specific move, until you release the control key.
