Hello,
Before purchasing this product I would like to know if it’s possible to create transparent GIFs with Photoshop Elements, as it is Adobe Photoshop. Thanks in advance!

Yes you can create Transparent GIFS. But before you by the product you can download a 1 month trial at
http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshopel/main.html Then come back here with any problems and we will help. This way it is not much of a risk because if you find, like we did, that it is for you then you should be already up and running.
