I worked with several photos in Elements and saved them as jpg. They were 4×6 prints at 600 dpi. When I view the files with any other program, the pictures appear noisy, indicating that they were over-sharpened (probably). However, they look fine (actually incredibly good) when I open them in Elements.

Is there a setting or a viewing filter that I need to turn off so I can see what I am actually getting from elements? This is not a workable scenario right now.

What’s going on????
