Hi-

I have all three programs open right now Photoshop CS, Indesign CS and Quark 6. I have the same color block in all three. All with the same CMYK breakout. They all look so different from each other.
Which one is the most accurate? Why are they all different? What color space should i be working in?
Help.

color management should be set the same in both Photoshop and ID.

Yes, Quark can be color managed if you set it up that way. The previews can be very good. It’s just that most users don’t or won’t take the time to do it. Real World Color Management has more info.
