I am using Photoshop Elements V2 on a Mac running OS 10.3. I am connected to a high speed line. Whenever I open Photoshop elements it attempts to download a file, but then I get the following alert/error message: "A error occurred while atempting to downlaod a file from the Adobe Online web server. The request was not understood by the server. HTTP #400-Bad Request."
What is this all about? How do I fix this?

Go to Edit>Preferences>Adobe Online, and you’ll find a place where you can set the Frequency at which the program checks for updates. Set it to Never, and your problem will be solved. There aren’t any updates anyway, so you won’t miss a thing except the annoyance.
