Hey i have 5 pictures. I want to make them into 1 moving picture. I think its like .gif or something. How do you do it?

You can try using Visere from www.dmmd.net.

Use the slide manager to create a slide and to set the time delay between different pictures. Then click on the
"Slide Show" button. It will create an animated GIF file for you.
