Lightroom download problem

I am trying to download Lightroom 4.1 and can’t get past the 13 images needed for proper operation. There seems to be an endless cycle of "you have already downloaded this file, do you want to download it again?" error messages. I use IDA download program and XP2. Any suggestions? jc
