Can’t save as .gif, .png, or save to the web.

I’ve tried EVERYTHING. Well obviously not everything, or else it would be fixed but close to it. I deleted preferences, re-installed. Please help?

Is your file in 8-bit color depth mode, flattened, etc?

did you remove photoshop from its folder?

I’m on a Mac OS X, Photoshop CS2. Yup the file in 8 bit, in RGB mode.

Sorry. I don’t really get what you mean by remove it from it’s folder?

So I get what you mean now. I had dragged it out of the folder and put it as a shortcut on my desktop. I put it back, restarted it and now it works. Thanks so much!! This had been bugging me forever. I’m not quite sure why it did that though.
