Effectively you are acting as a Service Provider (to yourself!).
It is legal (for Adobe Fonts) for a user to supply fonts with a document solely for output PROVIDED the service bureau has a license for that font.
Now the fact that it won’t be you but someone else sending the font is splitting hairs a little, and I suppose it should be your employer that holds a license for the font for everything to be strictly legal, but you aren’t going to get hauled away and banged up for it, now are you?
