Centering Objects?!

How do I center an object/text frame/picture in the smack dab center of the document without eyeballing it? Sounds simple, but for some reason I don’t see it in the instructions…

Your earlier post is still there — I’ve made the ALL CAPS ulc and deleted all the exclamation points. No need to post in duplicate.
