Can not save because of a program error

I am using leopard. I just upgraded to CS2, This is the error message I am getting. Not every time just sometimes. Which is bad if I am working for a client and I have put so much work into something I can’t save.

Be aware that CS2 does have issues running on Mac OS X 10.5.x that will not be "fixed" by Adobe. You should be running CS3 on that OS.

And you should also update to 10.5.4 Leopard and 9.0.2 of Photoshop CS2 if you haven’t already.
