PSE 2 no longer acquires the scanner after upgrading to OS 10.3.3

The error message states a problem with the "acquisition module interface." We’re using the firewire port with an Epson Perfection 3200 Photo. All the appropriate plug-ins seem to be in the right place. Neither the Perfection 3200 software nor the Silverfast software work.

Do you mean you went from Jaguar to Panther or just updated Panther? If an update to Panther, did you run Repair Permissions before and after? If you went from 10.2 to 10.3, you may have to look for a new driver for both. I’m sure SilverFast has one, and I think I remember seeing a driver for Panther on the Epson site, too.
