Not "upgrade", but rebate.
$30 back for having any of about 15 imaging programs, of which Elements 1 is one.
Find your lowest price anywhere and get $30 back on that. Amazon, Buy.com, etc sometimes have additional rebate, folks have gotten it for about $20 total after rebates.
