Hang on Save For Web

The first time I Save For Web each time after launching PS C3, PS hangs with the beach ball for a long time even on very small files saving from 72 dpi. All times after this PS saves in a second. I’m using a Mac Pro 2 x Quad Core 3 GB, with 4 GB RAM, so I have more than enough power for this not to happen.

Anyone else experience this? Is this a known bug perhaps?
