Save Optimized As….. problem

Working in ImageReady CS. When I select the slices I want in the layers palette I go to "Save optimized as" and select HTML and Images and selected slices. The Problem: When I export my file with HTML and selected slices it is also saving greyed-out or unselected slices and includes them in the HTML it creates for me. Why? Never had this problem with the previous version…. thanks in advance!

John – I have asked and asked around to try and find out why this is happening, but no one seems to know. CS has been out long enough for someone to have an answer to this surely!? Is it a fault in Imageready CS or what? Is there an Adobe expert in this forum who may be able to shed some light on this… PLEASE??
