I am very excited to create some great things on photoshop. It is just tough hvaing a program you don’t know how to use.

Showgun,

Visit your local library and checkout a copy of "Classroom in a book, Photoshop" (the version you need 6,7,CS)
Or purchase this book…

If you will take the time to perform all the lessons in this book you will have a decent command of the software.

In that this is an Elements group, I’m assuming you are using that program. I just bought Elements a week or so ago and am learning from the ground up. I am finding the book, Photoshop Elements 4, the Missing Manual, by Barbara Brundage, very helpful. It’s a bit pricey at $40 from Barnes & Noble. Better price at Amazon. There’s also a good discussion group at
http://www.photoshopelementsuser.com/forum/index.php. Anyhow, this is my first visit to this group and I’m hoping to find some help here too. Good luck.
