Layers Pallette, restoring

I accidentally pushed the close button on the layers palette. And I have searched everywhere to find out how to get it back to no avail. Would someone please tell me how to get it back & preferably in the palette well?

If you are using PE2 then F11 will get it back (it actually toggles it), or go to the top menu >Windows > Layers.

Thanks!! I am using PE2, & F11 did the trick!!!
