CS4 3D PROBLEM

Up until this week I was able to work with the 3d tools in CS4. But the past couple of days all I get is the SBOD, leading to a Force Quit whenever I try to do anything from the 3d menu (convert to postcard, load a 3d object, etc.).

I’ve reset the prefs and uninstalled/reinstalled the software, but the problem still persists.
