Does Photoshop 6 or 7 have a maximum size that can be printed. I have a 24×96 inch print (at a lower res.) which produces about a 96MB file. I keep on getting a "program error" message and it won’t allow me to print. Is it because of the length by any chance. I can print larger file sizes (MB) with no problem.

You have a 30,000 pixel limit for printing from Photoshop, so depending on the native resolution of your printer (most Epson’s are 360 dpi) your longest dimension will be determined by this. BTW, that makes the Epson’s through the Epson driver just over 90 inches. If, in fact, you are facing this exact limit, you can get around it by using a RIP to drive your printer. Other brands of printers will vary slightly depending on their hardware configuration.
