I can’t get simple text to display or print correctly (jagged edges, misformed characters etc.). All other word processing programs, my web authoring software, etc all produce sharp clear characters on screen and on my laserjet. This is especillay true when curving the text when it s 10pt or less. The vector information is not being recognized. The "include vector data" is grayed out on the print with preview screen and the text does not display correctly either.

What resolution are you creating text in? Can you post an example of the problem file? Text should be sharp when viewed at 100% in Photoshop. If you print text out of Photoshop at 300ppi, it should be sharp also.

Any details you can add would be helpful. While Photoshop is not vector-based, if the resolution of the file is adequate, you should get sharp text.

I’m pretty sure the help files are included in the tryout. When I used the tryout, I sure needed help, and I must have gotten it or I wouldn’t have bought the regular package.
