Downloaded 3.1. Not importing Raw into Organizer

Have E3. I have successfully downloaded 3.1 for CR2 Raw. I have not been able to download the file from camera to organizer. All JPEG download correctly. Can you give me step by step on how to do so? Is it suppose to happen automatically?

Have you installed the plugin as described in < http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=2931> ?

Thanks Neil- I had not set up the Element files exactly as instructions indicate. (I downloaded from CS2 instructions). When I made the corrections, I was able to read RAW.

Neil- Thank you. Originally I had followed the instructions for file set-up on CS2, before the Elements instructions were included on the web site. Once I followed the file set-up on Elements exactly, it worked. They are slightly different.
