Does PS Elements 3.0 allow for scrolling captions in slideshows?

I would like to have scrolling text in my slideshow, does PS Elements 3.0 allow for this feature?

I don’t think so. I think that I was using Windows Movie Maker the one time that I did a scrolling text at the end of the slideshow.

If there is any chance, it would probably be better for text actually added during the slideshow creation rather than a caption that had been entered with a photo.
