Way to open temp files.

I had photoshop crash on me and I lost about 2 hours work. I know I should be saving more frequently. When photoshop crashed it left a temp file thats sitting out on my hardrive. Is there a way to open this in photoshop and possibly recover some of my work? I am using PS CS.

Buko was right.

Those temp files do not contain data to rebuild the file.

Ctrl + S is not that difficult is it?

when you add in the time travel factor to go back and actually hit crtl-s before the crash, then yes, hitting crtl-s becomes problematic…
