Need help with Help (pictures don’t show up)

When I use the Help function in Elements none of the pictures show up (neither full photos nor Elements button). What does show up is a box where the picture should be and a short description of the picture that is supposed to be there.

Any thoughts on how to get those pictures to show up?

Help is different in the various versions of PE. Please post your version and OS.
