I just recently added some sports pictures to prepare to order. I did just as I have always done…save a color corrected file of the 3.5X5 for an individual picture, then crop a 3"X3" for the button. I go to "save as" put "button" on the end of the file name and click save. This has always worked before and I have my 2 separate files, one for the individual pictures, and one for the button.
This time though, when I opened up bridge the button file was a piece of notebook paper, I tried to open it several times and was unsuccesful. It said the file was a JPEG but Adobe tells me it is not the "right kind of document" It will save a separate PSD but it will not save a JPEG.
All of my older pictures on my computer still work and I can save separate JPEG files, it seems to just be these. I have not yet added any pictures more recent than these so I don’t know if the problem is just starting to occur or if it will be an isolated incident.
Any suggestions would be great! Thanks
