Help menu cs2

I have cs2 and elements 4 installed. When I go through CS2 help and the help menu comes up it only gives me help for pse4 I am unable to access cs2 help menu it wont let me add CS2 to the product menu.

I went and followed the instructions, downloading the cs2 zip etc etc but now the help wont work at all, not even in pse4
