Is there a way to Move Folders Pictures and Retain Tags?

I have a folder containing subfolders of pictures that have been imported into Photoshop Elements 3 and tags have been attached. Many pictures are involved. I would like to move all the subfolders of pictures to the "My Pictures" folder in "My Documents". Is there a way to do this and retain Tags?
