I’ve been having lots of fun with my scroll saw, cutting out wildlife picture stencils (or cutouts). Here are some samples of the type of cutout patterns I’ve been using.

It’s very close to the cutout feature given in Photoshop and Paintshop Pro. But I haven’t figured out how to get the same level of uniform "edge roughness" when I work from pictures of wildlife.
Does anyone here happen to have experience with this sort of thing? I realize that it takes practice and I’m willing to put in the time to learn.
Maybe you could recommend a good website or book that covers this?
Thanks!!!
Jack
