After a successful downloaded trial of Photoshop Elements, I decided to buy the product. I fully uninstalled the trial version and loaded the new version from the CD. However, I can’t get it to run – I get a series of messages such as " could not load the fastcore routines module because the file could not be found".

Help !!!
