Photoshop CS3, 50,000 x 50,000 pixel image, 72 dpi, RGB, 8-bit, 6.98GB: only save options are PSB, RAW and TIFF. (Nobody ever reads post #7)

Sid, Adobe’s PNG module may not support it, but the PNG format does.
