The only "interlacing" I see in your example is on the near-horizontal, but slightly slanted edges of the letters (e.g., the top of the "s"), where you get a new scan line starting in the middle of a straight edge; this appears to be due to antialiasing being either turned off or too low. Turn it to a higher level (e.g., "crisp").
