Windows Error Sound, No Error Message, CS3 Crashes

After having CS3 running for a while it starts making the windows error sound but no messages are coming up and then CS3 closes. If the computer has been running for a while and I try to open CS3 it makes windows error sounds and then closes.

Any ideas?
