Transferring Preferences from XP to Vista Computer

I am trying to transfer my preferences from an XP machine to a Vista machine. The file names and locations don’t seem to be the same between the two operating systems. Does anybody know how to do this?

the locations might not be the same but hte file names should be. not that that’s a guarantee…

C:\Users\Username\Appdata\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS3.
