Does anyone know how to select part of a pixel image and transform not only the Background Layer but also its adjustment layers at the same time? When you Shift-click the layers together, the transform box doesn’t encase the selected part any longer but rather it encases the entire image.

Yeah, but I don’t understand why this should be a problem. Save the selection to a layer mask, gang/ group the adjustments to the masked layers, transform everything.

I cant group the layers and then transform a selection. While is a group only the whole image can be transformed.
