each time I want to open photoshop theres a message that it misses a plugin, how can I open my programm, I contacted adobe allready but they cannot help me. My clientnumber is 170899887

We need to know:

Version of Photoshop (or Suite)
Version of Windows
Exact message, with name of plug-in.

Without that information it’s hard to even start helping.
