CS4 Extended Strange error message

Today when I try to paste something from the clipboard into Photoshop (on a PC running XP Pro) I get the following error message:

Entry Point Not Found:

The procedure entry point ?
could not be located in the dynamic link library ACE.dll

Google didn’t turn up any results… anyone here seen this?

That’s Adobe’s color engine. Scan for spyware.

That’s Adobe’s color engine. Scan for spyware.

thanks… I ran a scan, found a few, cleaned them out and now I’m not getting that error message anymore.
