OK, I’m a complete rookie with Photoshop. I need to overlay one JPG into another, I figured out how to cut the overlaid image but don’t know what to do to fit it on top of the backgroung image, and get the scale correct. Any ideas? Thanks.

Ideally, before you Transform (CTRL+T), you want both images to be the same resolution too. Then, use the move tool to drag the one image onto the other. Then, you can also fiddle with transform to adjust the layer.

OK, more ignorance, how do I change the resolution of a JPG? Again, sorry for the silly questions, I really have no idea!!
