How do I make one layer visible over another?

I’m making a collage with differant images and I want to make one layer visible over another. Anyone know how to do this? Thanks in advance.

Move the layer over the top of the other in the layer pallet.

If you have each image for your collage in separate layers, you can stack your layers and the top layer will be visible over the one below it.

OR – Are you looking to combine the two images, one overlayed over the other, into one image?
