After I erase these files, my files open fine, and display fine. As soon as this file is rewritten to my computer, and I try to open a file, it tells me that my Times New Roman font is missing and needs to be replaced. Is there any way to block out the use of this file, or get it to work correctly?

TNR is an OpenType font installed with the O/S (Win2k and XP).

Have you removed it?

NO, I actually did a reinstall of windows just to make sure it was working correctly… the font is there and working in every other program just fine.
