I will be receiving and installing the Photoshop CS upgrade in a couple days. I plan on purchasing a new computer sometime next year. Will I be able to reinstall and activate it into my new computer? Anyone’s help with this matter will be greatly appreciated.

IMO, yes. From the way I understand it, they’ve built in enough installs that the average user will never have to call.
