Just sharpen the edges of your highlight on top to be reflective rather than diffuse, and fade your bottom highlight better.

Check out one of the hundreds of Gel Button tutorials out there. They all show the same thing I’ve just told you.

Did you follow a tut to get this? If so, check the top highlight instructions again.

Or, just use layer styles Gel Button and be done with it…

Well, originally, this came outta a tutorial.(sort of)
I followed the tutorial once, but I don’t wanna follow it everytim and rely too heavily on tutorials like a mummy’s kid, so I tried playing and configuring the highlights myself without any tutorials. 🙂

Really?! Does the Adobe Studio Exchange web sie have them? I don’t think PhotoShop 6.0 comes with Gel Button layer styles.(just glass buttons styles which is not very suitable)
