I created an image that has a 75% opacity in one section and now I am trying to figure out if there is a format in which I can save it so that the transparency will remain when I place the image into an Illustrator file. Any suggestions?

Great! Thanks!!

Are you aware of any problems this might cause when the final image is printed? I mean, have you had trouble printing transparencies through Illustrator?
