Keyboard shortcuts quit working!

I have Photoshop CS, and all my keyboard shortcuts have quit working. I hit Control-T to free transform a layer, and nothing happened. Turns out, other keyboard commands aren’t working either. Did I do something in Photoshop, or is an INI file corrupted? Any thoughts? I can still work, but it’s tedious. Thanks!

And let me clarify – this is NOT a Paradox cracked version! Any thoughts?

Keyboard driver or maybe another running program that "steals" the shortcuts from Photoshop. A program like Trillian for instance.
