error message

I get a "could not load alert resources" error message after I try to save as in JPEG format. I can not then close out the page without ctrl,alt , delete. If I save as a photoshop file, I don’t get that error message.I’m running an old version of Photoshop on Windows XP.

Try resetting your preferences per the procedure in the faq first, see if that helps.
