Hello

I am using PS CS and have just noticed that when I use the text tool there is a line underneath and I find this really annoying. Is there a way to get rid of this? It has suddenly appeared, obviously I have changed a default setting somewhere, but where?

Many thanks

Nig

I think I didn’t explain properly. When I finish typing the line disappears. At the top on the tool bar there are 2 additional icons Left to right paragraph direction and right to lweft paragraph direction. Both of these were not there a few days ago.

You set this in the Text Options window. You bring up the Text Options window by clicking on the Options button on the Text Options bar when you have the text tool selected.

I could be wrong but I don’t think the poster means the text is getting underlined
CS types on a path, it didn’t have that in 7.

That’s what it is then. I have recently moved from PS7 to CS. Thanks Katwoman
