Looks quite a bit like Flyer, but I only have Flyer Black on my system so I’m not sure. You can use that image to do a search for it on http://www.myfonts.com/WhatTheFont/
Several folks may not have seen your image since some newservers don’t allow binaries.

Hi Folks,

Through no fault of my own I recently inherited maintentance of my company’s web site. Now the marketing folks want a graphic updated, but there are no source files, just the gifs that re up there now.

So, I have attached a sample and if anyone can identify the font used in this graphic I would be very appreciative.

Thanks!

First, please don’t post binaries to a text group. Second, you’re best chance of getting a positive ID is to ask in alt.binaries.fonts. Not much the people there don’t know about fonts. 🙂

Understood. I did not realize this was a text group. Forgive my ignorance.

A lot of people make that mistake the first time. You can tell which groups allow binaries. Their names begin alt.binaries… 😉

There is also a very good font identification utility at www.myfonts.com. Just upload a small scan of a font sample and this utility will work wonders. Surprisingly accurate.

Our company logo was designed a while ago and all we have now a a bmp file. Is there a way to identify the font used to create the logo? Appreciate any suggestions.
