Well if there was some way to get my money back for this program I would be in the lineup… my frustration knows no bounds. NOW when I finally, ( 10 days into the ‘troubles’), am able to get it to boot up, it is missing the text in the little boxes that accompany the open windows. They are usually 2 small boxes that are colored and I suspect usually have text in them that says something like: OK or CANCEL. Your guess is as good as mine althought I have been able by a process of experimentation come to some conclusions… Hellofa way to run a program, guessing which box might be the OK one. Anyone got any bright ideas, besides the one I am contimplating, tossing the whole thing in the garbage. Thanks Jim W.

Are you referring to the EULA acceptance for installation? If so, you need to have a monitor resolution of 1024×768 and large fonts can be a problem. The workaround seems to be just hitting enter to accept.

Bob, if you are refering to my post concering getting PS CS to open, it is under WinXP Home. Not sure what EULA is and my monitor is running at 1152 x 864 if that matters…

there’s an issue if you’re using large fonts under your display settings. set it to normal and you’ll be able to read the buttons.

or if the boxes are blanking out may be a video card problem?
