Help with layer sets, how to change all the text layers at once?

I am trying figure out a way to change all the text layers that are set into a layer set all at the same time? I want to change the color to the whole set with out opening each layer at a time. Any tips please help

Link all the layers together that are in the layerset. When they are linked, you can Shift-Click the color box in the options bar, and pick your color as you would normally. When you click "OK", all the text layer colors should change.

It works with all the settings for the text layers… Font size, type, style, aliasing… Very useful.

I got it work once, but now it wont work anymore? does the folder need to be linked? does it matter if you Shift click the folder or a layer?

The folder doesn’t need to be linked. (The folder/Layer Set has no effect on this method, it only works because the TEXT layers are linked.)

When you shift-click, you should not be clicking on anything in the layers palette. It should be in the option bar at the top of your screen.
