I am trying to figure out how to use PS CS2 to print on 8.5"x11" Epson Matte Heavyweight paper without success and I am stumped. I could have swore I did this before, but its not working tonight.

No matter what I do, I get a 1/4" border around the photo on my Epson R1800 printer. I tried selecting borderless paper, but it doesn’t help. There doesn’t seem to be an option for 8.5"x11" bordlerless in the printer dialog box so I tried A4 and 8×10, but either one gives me a border.

What’s the trick?

same printer no problems

make sure the page set up in PS is the same size as you set in the printer driver window

file> print with preview>
page set up>
set paper size and orientation

properties
set Epson to borderless
set paper size and orientation to match ps
